Case Study 1

One of our clients was running a customized order entry screen (ZVA01). The transaction was slow and the users could not enter orders into the system efficiently. Although it was custom for pricing reasons, it could no longer satisfy new pricing deals without further code modifications.

The client was eager to get back to standard VA01; and we suggested they take advantage of Sales BOM configuration and Free Goods Deals functionality to satisfy their pricing requirements, but they did not want to lose their custom fields that were critical to their ability to increase customer sales by the CSR: Last Price, Current Price and Deal Quantity. They toyed with the idea of implementing GUIXt which was going to be a significant cost. NB Consulting, LLC was able to configure the order entry screen to their liking, including adding 'Last Price Paid', 'Current Price' and 'Deal Quantity' to the front item screen and speeding up the order entry process.
