I have more than 20 years in IT and SAP with experience spanning Life Sciences, Health Care, Medical, Financial/Insurance, CPG, Chemicals and Manufacturing industries. I have worked on the customer side as the Director of SAP PMO’s and the consulting side as an SAP Project Manager.
I have managed SAP Implementations in both Small to Medium size companies and Large Enterprise. I have worked on Global Roll Outs and single plant projects. I enjoy working with various company cultures and the dynamics of large and small project teams. My preference is with Small and Medium sized companies where decisions can be made quickly by bridging executive management with the project team.
I have 10+ years as the Director of SAP PMO at a Life Sciences and a Chemical company and 6 years as an SAP Consultant across multiple industries including; Financial Services, Consumer Products, Food and Beverage and Manufacturing. I also have 6 years of Industrial Automation IT management for some of the world’s largest Food and Beverage companies where I learned how to integrate SAP with the plant floor Manufacturing Execution Systems.
I bring to NB the perspective of being a customer of SAP and SAP consulting firms. I know what makes a great SAP consultant because I have hired consultants at all experience levels. I also know how to motivate the project team. Sometimes it is the small things a customer can do that can turn a great consultant into a rock star. And a motivated project team can overcome all political battles.
I believe that the most important aspects of any project are simple, lay out a solid plan, stick to it and treat the project team well all the time will consistently lead to successful projects.
I have a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance, Accounting and Economics. I began my career as a software developer in a Hospital Operating Room and was trained to scrub surgeries.
I love to cook and learn the various cuisines of the world.
