Tess Prudencio has 21 years of SAP experience in ABAP and Data Conversion; the last 16 years in a management/lead role. She is versed in many SAP areas: Core Modules, PM, QM, PS and VC. She has completed multiple full project lifecycles in the following industries: Chemicals, Plastics, Distribution, Manufacturing, Construction (Residential), Staffing, Life Science, Pharmaceutical, Automotive, Hi-tech & FMCG.
She has completed projects in the US and Philippines.
Tess believes that in order to successfully build a solution that works for the business, one must understand their requirements. Being fully immersed in the gathering of information and interacting with the business SMEs and functional analysts allows her to be a more well-rounded programmer and team lead. After all, SAP is an integrated system.
Over the course of her career, many colleagues and business users have complimented Tess on her functional understanding and knowledge of the system. Having a development lead who is both technical and functional is advantageous to the success of your SAP implementation.
Tess graduated from The University of Virginia, and currently lives in Charlottesville, VA. She is extremely passionate about sports, having played and coached for many years. She learned from an early age what teamwork means – to have a successful implementation, surround yourself with the perfect team. Each member individually doesn’t need to be perfect, but together they can be successful. In her free time, she enjoys traveling abroad, watching sports, wine tasting and escape rooms.
